Message: 5 stars for sure. My engine light came on and I took it to Auto Zone to be tested. Alex was great, he checked all my fluids and my battery as well as telling me that the test showed I needed some lubricant and sure enough the engine light went off. Thanks Alex and Auto Zone!

Message: They have most parts and sometimes better prices. I like to use all the parts stores though it's always good to call a few stores. to check prices and availability.

Message: Highly recommend this store. The people that was working today was god sent. They helped in every which way to get us back on the road. from loaning tools, too trying to find parts local even if it was in their own personal vehicle. Just couldn’t be more thankful. Message: Thank you Thomas for standing at night in the freezing rain to help me replace taillight bulbs and find a fuse for the license plate lights. Ethan and Thomas were very helpful and had the tools and the parts to help get my Dad’s truck back on the road.

Message: I bought a windshield wiper from here and it broke very soon after purchasing so I brought my vehicle back and explained the problem. Brandon S. brought out a brand new wiper and replaced it for free. I recommend this place for its great customer service.

Message: So my battery died today! I had to have somebody come and jumpstart my car. luckily AutoZone was right around the corner from me. I pulled in, went inside and told them. What happen and that I needed a new battery and my battery cables were a mess and needed cleaned because they were all Corroded. Upon greeting me the nice gentleman named Brandon S. who works there, Went right outside with me looked at my battery! I got a new battery then Brandon cleaned my battery cables really well he did a really good job on them. He was so polite and with no hesitation jumped right in to help me. I work in customer service and I definitely notice when an employee is helpful and Brandon was very helpful to me today. I would highly recommend AutoZone. Thank you for being there in my time of need.

Message: I have been battling with a wheel that doesn't want to come off. I stopped by Auto Zone this morning and asked the manager if he had any ideas of his to get these lug nuts off and I went over the steps I had taken. The gentleman pondered the question for a minute or so and then brought up a big industrial impact drill and said this should work. I tried to purchase the drill but it wasn't for sale but the amazing man allows me to borrow the tool. What! That's going over and above and I'll never shop at any other auto parts store. Just flat out amazing customer service coupled with industry knowledge and you have the perfect auto parts store! Ten stars.
