Message: I managed ok but I was surprised that no employees ever asked me if I needed help finding what I came for. After I looked around the store 3 times, I finally did find the brake fluid, that I needed. I didn't mind looking around though. I ended up buying about $30 more than I intended because of my searching. So I was still a happy customer!
