Message: Great service God people, but was told corporate would not honor any of the online coupons even after I did a site check for location.

Message: Called for an appointment around 11 that morning, said they could fit me in at 3 which was great. I get there at about 2:45 and the guy at the counter said that it wasn't in the computer but that wasn't a problem, they could get it taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was great and timely. Their prices are great. Overall a great experience.

Message: Always have the best quality service and you need someone to do the job for you if you don't have the tools you don't have the means you can leave your vehicle and it can call you when to pick it up experienced professional help with with courtesy coffee and drinks.

Message: We went down and showed them a video of the engine doing a shake rattle and roll on our sliverado. They immediately said that we were lucky that it happened at home and didn't leave us stranded. It needed a new water pump and there was one left on the shelf! we dropped it off at around noon and they called us at 3:30 it was done, very reasonable labor rate! really appreciate NTB in New Martinsville! ASTOR UPHOLSTERY AND CANVAS didn't miss a beat today! Thanks!

Thought I messed up my tire and was gonna have to spend a couple hundred just to get home since we were traveling from South Carolina but it turned out to be just fine. He took me in the shop and explained everything and was super nice about it. Didn’t charge me for his time either. NTB is always a go-to place when I’m in a pinch. Definitely recommend.
