Message: We went here because our lawn mower battery died. We called around to a few stores and this was the least expensive. We went in, and the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. We also received a credit for returning the old dead one. Great people, quick, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind. We will return to this location in the future if we need any other car parts. I've purchased my windshield wipers from here, too, in the past, and u don't know how to remove the old ones and put the new ones on. An associate did this for me. This store is outstanding with their customer service and the support they provide. The prices are so far unmatched to other local stores. Thank you.

Message: Advance Auto Parts is mainly just a parts location. They have everything to change oil, tires, wiper fluid. Really anything you would expect. I do think that the customer service could have been a bit better, instead of being on their phone they could help customers. In fact we did ask for help and had to wait for them to reply to a message. A bit disappointing.
